This BTMS 50 is a vegetable based viscosity modifier and emulsion stabilizer. It has a distinct odor that disappears once used in your formulations. BTMS 50 is widely used in all kinds of hair care products like conditioners and detanglers with very effective wet comb ease abilities. It works wonderfully in products formulated for natural curly hair. It also works great in lotions, scrubs, creams, and other popular personal care emulsions leaving a silky powdery feel to the skin.

No, the conditioner bars do not have any coconut oil added to them. Due to the rise in awareness of coconut allergies, the equipment used to make the conditioner bars are used specifically for conditioner bars. There is no chance of coconut oil getting into the conditioner bar.

Your soap bars and conditioner bars all require a little special care. To extend the life of your bars, place them away from water on a soap dish with drains when not in use. This allows the bar to dry out completely in between uses.

The lotions are scented with lots of fragrance due to customer preference. However, I understand not everyone has the same taste so yes,I can custom make your lotion order. Just make certain you send me a note with your order and I can make your lotion with half scent.

This is the most common question. The answer is no, I cannot make soap without sodium hydroxide (lye). To make real soap, lye is needed to bring the oils and the water together. No worries though because all the lye is cooked out of the soap during the soaponification process so it is completely safe to use.
To allow for a variety, not all the soaps on the site contain goat milk. Please see the individual listings to find the ingredients for each bar.
No, some of our homemade soaps contain goat milk and honey therefore they are not vegan. Please see each individual listing for ingredients.
